Exit at Tilghman St West exit, and proceed West on Tilghman St. Proceed through the first traffic light and lanes will merge in front of K-Mart before the second traffic light. Pass through the second light and make the first left after crossing over the turnpike overpass to enter Commerce Corporate Center. At the stop sign, turn right toward the 5100 building.
From Philadelphia:
Take NE Extension of the turnpike (476) to Exit 56 - Lehigh Valley.
