Computer-Based Training (LMS)

In the face of budget constraints, more businesses are turning to computer-based training, or CBT. Not only can CBT save airline, hotel, and miscellaneous travel expenses for traditional training, it also offers employees the opportunity to learn at their own convenience and at their own pace. Of course, conducting effective training over the Web requires more than aiming a camera at an instructor and letting the tape roll.
